We take a family vacation every year. The house was clean, comfortable and big for all of us. Owner very responsive to our needs. No complaint about anything. We had a really good time.
I absolutely fell in love with this property the first time my husband and I discovered it last year. The host was awesome. They worked diligently, corresponding, and going the extra mile to ensure access into the property. Our stay was delightful as usual. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We cannot wait until our next visit for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The house was very spacious and easily accommodated our group. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Everyone enjoyed the game room in the garage as well as the pool and jacuzzi. Would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. It was big enough that everyone was able to have their own space but not so big that you feel far apart. I loved that the living area was large and open. Perfect for family meals. The host was easy to contact and responded very promptly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is a beautiful home and there was a lot of space for us to spread out on our disney vacation. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and all the options there as well as the upstairs loft which gave adults space in the common area. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was amazing! It was very clean and had everything needed. My entire family of 17 fit so comfortable in this house. It was close to all the Disney parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Discovery Cove. The rooms were super nice, and the kid themed rooms were spectacular. They made the trip that much more fun! I highly recommend this property. The host was also very responsive, and provided good communication if we had questions. We will definitely be renting this house again!

We had a nice stay at this home. Two things I noticed that were nice touches upon our arrival were some lights were left on for us, so we didn't have to enter a dark house and all the bathrooms were equipped with hand soap. There were some beach towels provided, which was nice to have for the pool and our day trip to the beach in Clearwater. One highlight of the stay was the pool complex the community offered.
My family and I stayed in the Villa for a week in early April. The description was accurate and we very much enjoyed our time there. We found the Villa very spacious and the external pool area was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and I always received swift replies. Thanks for hosting us and if we return to Orlando I'm sure we would look to rent the Villa again.

The pictures online did not do this home justice. The home and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and clean. This home is located in a gated community which gave our family a sense of safety. If this home is available on our next family vacation we would definitely choose this house again.
The home was as advertised. The upstairs living room was amazingly spacious and provided ample room for us all to have our space. Nice and close to community pool for walking with family. The lazy river was a nice experience for all members of our family. It was nice to have our own pool to relax in. Close enough to stores for our needs. Would stay again.

This was a wonderful house. Plenty of space to lounge and relax both inside and outside. For the kids the favorite area was the game room. The old school arcade game has 200 games loaded on it that provided hours of fun competition. The kids also loved the home theater to watch movies and have popcorn. Communication was excellent and check in and out was simple. Would definitely recommend this home!
We stayed here for two weeks. We really liked the layout of the house and especially the pool. It overlooked a small pond with great views and wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay. The kids loved the pool. The Minnie room has trundle beds so all three kids could bunk together. The space was exactly what we needed for 7 people. The home is located near the back gate to the complex, which made it super easy to come and go. Getting to Universal, Disney and the airport from the home was a breeze. The kids have already decided we have to come back next year.
