This place was awesome. The photos I saw on-line was exactly what I saw when I showed up to the house. Very spacious, good size bed rooms and loved the open-ness. The back patio where the pool was the best part to end our day where my family sat around having a couple cocktails, talking for hours before calling it a night. I would highly recommend this place and Heather was a wonderful Host and was very responsive when I had any questions to ask. I would definitely go back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Heathers home! It was very clean, spacious, and close to the major attractions and shopping. Was nice to have a pool to cool off in the 90 to 100 degree temperatures. The host was also very responsive to any questions/concerns.

This house was fabulous for our family. It exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and the directions given were spot on. The rooms and the decor were just as advertised. This place was incredible! We had 14 people in our group, and we were very comfortable. Amazing attention to detail in every room. Clean! Seriously, nothing bad to say.

Huge house, lots of room for our 8 people, could easily fit many more! House is exactly as pictured. Gated community with so much to do right there. Clubhouse amenities have a big, heated pool, basketball court, mini golf, playground, theatre, gym, sauna and arcade. The house also has a great games room. Very comfortable, stayed for two weeks and had no issues. Excellent communication from the host, very gracious host. Will definitely rent again if we travel there in the future!

My Family and I enjoyed this home she was very responsive to all our questions it had everything we needed for our family of 10 the kids enjoyed the pool and game room but the best part was the easy access to the club house from the back of the house which the kids enjoyed the lazy river/ water slide. And the activities they have for the week. I would recommend this house. We look forward in staying here again.

We just returned from our stay and look forward to our next visit. Check-in was smooth and our entry code was received well in advance. The place was exactly as described. The rooms are spacious - the house comfortably accommodated my party of 8 (adults and children). The community amenities are also great! My kids enjoyed the playground, waterpark, and movie nights.

This home is very beautiful! It felt brand new. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space, but also great communal areas to hang out together. The view from the top porch is spectacular. The neighborhood is very quiet. Easy walk to a perfect beach. Our kids loved taking the bikes out. We also loved having the pool on site. The host was very responsive. We had an absolutely fantastic week in this glorious home!

We stayed here 4/6/24 through 4/13/24. It was a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. In the evenings we did jigsaw puzzles. There were plenty to choose from. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. We really liked that there were 4 pools to choose from and they were clean as well. The location is great! It’s very close to amusement parks and a lot of other fun activities. While here we got to see 2 rocket launches! We will definitely stay here again!

Really spacious villa with a number of unique features. We especially liked the themed bedrooms, but also enjoyed the large family cinema space upstairs. And the gated residence with private security made us feel safe during our stay.

It was an amazing house, so clean and we had all we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped, there is a tv in each room and it has cable. The kids didn’t want to leave the game room. The pool was clean, kids enjoyed a lot. It is a bit far from supermarkets, the closest is publix. There are many restaurants around. I would definitely stay in this cozy house again.

The entire experience was excellent. From booking to checkout everything was clearly spelled out and went very smoothly. Upon arrival, the house was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Plenty of room for my family of six along with a visit from the in laws. Rooms were large, bathrooms were spacious and clean. This 5 bedroom home was very comfortable for our group of 8. The living space was nice for meals and gathering and we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The small patio and pool area was nice in the afternoons as the sun was setting. The host was very responsive when needed, and the location of local restaurants and attractions was excellent. We found the 10-15 minute drive in any direction provided everything we needed to see in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Great house! We had multiple families sharing the house and there was plenty of room and things to do with the heated pool and the gaming room and more. Highly recommend. The host was fantastic and responsive.

Our family of nine people, five adults and four children spent 16 days at this amazing house. It’s located just across from the clubhouse and resort pool which we used almost every day. It was wonderful. We also used the house pool and we paid to have it heated and that was well worth it. It was close to all shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Disney parks. I would definitely rent this house again. Furniture was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for all of us.

The house is amazing, truly the best home you can rent at this location. It's on a corner lot with an amazing view of the buoy, we enjoyed seeing alligators peeking their heads out of the water along with other natural wildlife experiences. Everyone really loved the household, super neat home and defiantly has a WOW factor.

This place was perfect for my friends and myself who hadn’t seen each other for over 30 years. There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The playroom and the heated swimming pool are where we spent most of our time talking and relaxing. This is the right place for a big group.

Came down for a golf trip with eight guys. The house met our needs and was centrally located where we played. The host did a great job setting things up and responding to those last-minute things that pop up.

This place was amazing. There were 8 of us, and we all had privacy after long park days. My husband and I stayed in the steam punk room and can honestly both say we slept better in there than anywhere we have ever stayed. The pool area was excellent and was used every day we were there and felt very private. The kitchen did include a crock pot, which came in handy for park days. We hope to do another trip to see Universal and we hope to stay here again!

Great Airbnb! Looks just like pictures. Everything was very clean and as a germaphobe I was very happy. The house was very cute with cool decor. This home was perfect for our annual Family giving vacation. The kids loved the pool and game room. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed 2 frigs, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers and dryers only addition I would recommend is additional stove. All 15 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Everywhere you turned was a hallway that led to more bedrooms. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

The floor plan is ideal for extended family, wanting to enjoy a different home. The kids bedrooms were amazing! They played on the slides and dreamed in the castle bed. There were just five of us adults and five kids that made the trip and we had so much space to ourselves. The pool heat was great. We swam every morning and went to the community pool in the afternoons. It was very hard to have to leave!

This was a perfect place to relax after a hard day's work with my co-workers. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Easy starting point to a work vacation or any vacation to Florida. It was so nice having a pool there at the house for the kids to swim in, they were out there most mornings before we hit the parks. The host was great and always super-fast to respond. The resort pool and area are amazing however, the only downside is the gym at the resort doesn’t open till 9 so was unable to use that. Overall, I highly recommend this home.

This villa was very spacious (much larger than pictures show), tastefully decorated and clean. The pool area was the nicest we have seen on all our trips. It was peaceful and had plenty of chairs/loungers. The villa was well equipped and provided plenty of cooking pots/pans and utensils. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time at Heathers place! My kids basically lived in the pool. The game room was also a big hit. The house looked better than the pictures and the pool was nice after a long day. The neighborhood felt very safe. Minutes from a Publix and places to eat. It took about 45 min to get to Magic Kingdom. We would definitely stay here on our next trip!

Check in procedures were clear and easy to follow and the security folks at the gate were friendly and personable. We would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Two things I noticed that were nice touches upon our arrival were some lights were left on for us, so we didn't have to enter a dark house and all the bathrooms were equipped with hand soap. There were some beach towels provided, which was nice to have for the pool and our day trip to the beach in Clearwater. One highlight of the stay was the pool complex the community offered.

My family and I stayed in the Villa for a week in early April. The description was accurate and we very much enjoyed our time there. We found the Villa very spacious and the external pool area was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and I always received swift replies. Thanks for hosting us and if we return to Orlando I'm sure we would look to rent the Villa again.

The old school arcade game has 200 games loaded on it that provided hours of fun competition. The kids also loved the home theater to watch movies and have popcorn. Communication was excellent and check in and out was simple. Would definitely recommend this home!
