This 5 bedroom home was very comfortable for our group of 8. The living space was nice for meals and gathering and we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The small patio and pool area was nice in the afternoons as the sun was setting. The host was very responsive when needed, and the location of local restaurants and attractions was excellent. We found the 10-15 minute drive in any direction provided everything we needed to see in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

We had an absolute blast at this home! The kids did not want to leave, and my husband and I enjoyed mornings sitting by the pool drinking our coffee! The game room was a huge hit when my kids weren’t in the pool! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house! We had multiple families sharing the house and there was plenty of room and things to do with the heated pool and the gaming room and more. Highly recommend. The host was fantastic and responsive.

Our family of nine people, five adults and four children spent 16 days at this amazing house. It’s located just across from the clubhouse and resort pool which we used almost every day. It was wonderful. We also used the house pool and we paid to have it heated and that was well worth it. It was close to all shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Disney parks. I would definitely rent this house again. Furniture was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for all of us.

The house is amazing, truly the best home you can rent at this location. It's on a corner lot with an amazing view of the buoy, we enjoyed seeing alligators peeking their heads out of the water along with other natural wildlife experiences. Everyone really loved the household, super neat home and defiantly has a WOW factor.

This place was perfect for my friends and myself who hadn’t seen each other for over 30 years. There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The playroom and the heated swimming pool are where we spent most of our time talking and relaxing. This is the right place for a big group.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, and had lots of extra pillows, blankets and towels. For sure we will stay again.

Came down for a golf trip with eight guys. The house met our needs and was centrally located where we played. The host did a great job setting things up and responding to those last-minute things that pop up.

This place was amazing. There were 8 of us, and we all had privacy after long park days. My husband and I stayed in the steam punk room and can honestly both say we slept better in there than anywhere we have ever stayed. The pool area was excellent and was used every day we were there and felt very private. The kitchen did include a crock pot, which came in handy for park days. We hope to do another trip to see Universal and we hope to stay here again!

The Villa was just as advertised. My family and I were in the area to visit friends and family for the Xmas holidays and found this unit to be exactly what we needed for the week. Great Airbnb! Looks just like pictures. Everything was very clean and as a germaphobe I was very happy. The house was very cute with cool decor. This home was perfect for our annual Family giving vacation. The kids loved the pool and game room. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed 2 frigs, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers and dryers only addition I would recommend is additional stove. All 15 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Everywhere you turned was a hallway that led to more bedrooms. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

The home in itself was a vacation for us. The kids could get lost in all of the bedrooms, game room, and outdoor living space. We spent half our time swimming and relaxing by the heated pool. Overall, we made a good selection and got what we were expecting and would stay again.

The floor plan is ideal for extended family, wanting to enjoy a different home. The kids bedrooms were amazing! They played on the slides and dreamed in the castle bed. There were just five of us adults and five kids that made the trip and we had so much space to ourselves. The pool heat was great. We swam every morning and went to the community pool in the afternoons. It was very hard to have to leave!

This was a perfect place to relax after a hard day's work with my co-workers. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Easy starting point to a work vacation or any vacation to Florida. The host was very accommodating the whole time and when we needed to extend our stay at the last minute she quickly accepted. We definitely would come back for another stay!

We stayed here during our trip to Disney for my daughter's 5th birthday. It was so nice having a pool there at the house for the kids to swim in, they were out there most mornings before we hit the parks. The host was great and always super-fast to respond. The resort pool and area are amazing however, the only downside is the gym at the resort doesn’t open till 9 so was unable to use that. Overall, I highly recommend this home.

Plus, the host was quickly able to accommodate us when we asked to extend our vacation (had thunderstorms one day and postponed visiting the parks by a day). The community complex with pool, lazy river, and splash park was like being at a resort, but it was just as attractive to stay in by the private pool or play in the great game room. We had a great time at Heathers place! My kids basically lived in the pool. The game room was also a big hit. The house looked better than the pictures and the pool was nice after a long day. The neighborhood felt very safe. Minutes from a Publix and places to eat. It took about 45 min to get to Magic Kingdom. We would definitely stay here on our next trip!

The listing photos really don't do the property justice. My only regret is that we didn't schedule more down time to just hang around. The pool area is great, looking out into the conservation area. We truly felt like we were at home while staying here for a whole week. the kitchen is fully stocked with All the necessaries that you would need. They have plenty of towels and double ACs so it doesn't get too hot inside. kids enjoyed the game room and all the games/puzzles they had there. The house was clean and comfortable. My family booked this property Thanksgiving Disney vacation! The property owners were awesome every question that I had they responded very quickly and very detailed! The house was gorgeous.This property is 25 minutes away from Disney so it was a quick commute back and forth between the parks. Awesome stay. The kids loved the pool. The space was exactly what we needed for 7 people. Getting to Universal, Disney and the airport from the condo was a breeze. The kids have already decided we have to come back next year.

My family stayed here at this property because I was getting married in Florida. The house was clean and it was even better in person than it was on the listing. The place was gorgeous! I would highly recommend staying here! it was fun for the kids having the pool, the game room in the garage, and the movie theater upstairs. It was perfect for all ages. Two things I noticed that were nice touches upon our arrival were some lights were left on for us, so we didn't have to enter a dark house and all the bathrooms were equipped with hand soap. There were some beach towels provided, which was nice to have for the pool and our day trip to the beach in Clearwater. One highlight of the stay was the pool complex the community offered.

My family and I stayed in the Villa for a week in early April. The description was accurate and we very much enjoyed our time there. We found the Villa very spacious and the external pool area was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and I always received swift replies. Thanks for hosting us and if we return to Orlando I'm sure we would look to rent the Villa again.

The pictures online did not do this home justice. The home and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and clean. This home is located in a gated community which gave our family a sense of safety. If this home is available on our next family vacation we would definitely choose this house again.

This was a wonderful house. Plenty of space to lounge and relax both inside and outside. For the kids the favorite area was the game room. The old school arcade game has 200 games loaded on it that provided hours of fun competition. The kids also loved the home theater to watch movies and have popcorn. Communication was excellent and check in and out was simple. Would definitely recommend this home!

I stayed here with my bridal party for my wedding and we really enjoy ourselves! The house was gorgeous! It was an amazing stay! We’re already planning a girls trip at this house again!

The listing photos really don't do the property justice. The pool area is great. The house is spacious, comfortable, and one-of-a-kind. Check in procedures were clear and easy to follow and the security folks at the gate were friendly and personable. We would rent it again in a heartbeat

My entire family stayed here to celebrate my mother and nephews birthday. There were about 15 of us and because of how spacious this place is we never felt overcrowded and we still had 2 extra bedrooms. We will definitely be back as none of us wanted to leave.

The home is so close to Disney. Water park at the clubhouse was rated outstanding by three children, ages 11, 10 and 7. Pool at house and game room were well utilized.

This was everything I expected. We celebreated our daughter's 8th birthday here with about 8 families and it was epic. I spent weeks looking at houses and this was the one for us! Pool, outdoor furniture, multiple TVs, bathrooms for everyone, themed rooms. We had an absolute blast. The community was nice, had a good time at the clubhouse and waterpark, we will be talking about this vacation for years to come. The host was always responsive. We have no issues.

This is a as a great place to stay for two families at the beach. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. We were also just a short bike ride to The Hub & Seacrest Shops.
